Booking Terms & Conditions
We take a deposit of one nights stay on bookings taken over the phone.
We take the first night stay as a deposit when booking on line.
We will preauthorise your debit/ credit card seven days before your arrival date.
Payment We now except most major credit cards
Balance payments by cash please (banks are within a short walking distance). Sorry
Cheques can only be accepted if sent three weeks in advance to allow time to clear
Arrival
We ask our guests to arrive after 2.00pm. (unless otherwise agreed)
Departure We ask that our guests vacate their rooms by 10.00am
Blue haven recommend that you take travel insurance, if you cancel a booking as it stands we will not be able to refund any payments. If you do have to cancel for any reason please let us know as soon as possible. When a booking is made you are legally bound to a contract with blue haven and therefore the full amount of your holiday will be due. If we are able to re-let your room within 1 week then the above will not apply. In the event of a 'No show' the full amount will be due.
